RSHE

Relationships, Sex and Health Education (RSHE) is an important element of the school's work in preparing children for adult life. We are committed to helping children understand the importance of loving and caring relationships and how to recognise, avoid and prevent abuse within relationships. The teaching and learning in this area is designed to promote the development of children into self-confident, healthy, and responsible adults.

Our RSHE curriculum is drawn from the 2019 Department of Education document ‘Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Health Education’, which contains excellent, detailed guidance and became statutory in September 2020.
